By accessing or using either website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of our websites immediately. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our websites following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Fit & Fury is committed to selling only 100% genuine and authentic products. All products listed on our store are sourced through authorised channels. We do not sell counterfeit, expired, or tampered products.

4.4 Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. In the event that a product you have ordered is out of stock after payment, we will notify you and offer either a full refund or an equivalent substitute at your choice.
5. Orders & Order Processing
5.1 Placing an Order
When you place an order on fitandfury.in, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the listed price. Your order is confirmed only once you receive an order confirmation email from us.
5.2 Order Cancellation by Us
Fit & Fury reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases where:
- The product is out of stock or unavailable.
- There is a pricing or product description error on the website.
- We suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.
- The order cannot be fulfilled due to logistics constraints.
In all such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
5.3 Order Cancellation by Customer
Orders may be cancelled by the customer before they are dispatched. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@fitandfury.in or +91 9072266444. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must go through our Return & Refund process.
6. Pricing & Payment
6.1 Prices
All prices displayed on fitandfury.in are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place your order.
6.2 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods on fitandfury.in:
- Credit cards and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay).
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and all UPI-enabled apps).
- Net banking.
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Fit & Fury does not store your full card or banking credentials.
We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be paid in full at the time of checkout (prepaid only).
6.3 Payment Failures
If your payment fails but your account has been debited, please allow up to 5-7 business days for the amount to be reversed to your original payment method. If the reversal does not occur within this period, contact us at info@fitandfury.in with your transaction reference number.
7. Shipping & Delivery
7.1 Delivery Area
We currently ship only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
7.2 Dispatch & Delivery Timeframes
Orders are fulfilled and dispatched from our stores in Kaloor or Aluva, Kochi, Kerala. Estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:
- Kerala: 2-5 business days from the date of dispatch.
- Other states within India: 4-7 business days from the date of dispatch.
These are estimated timeframes only. Actual delivery may be affected by courier delays, natural events, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Fit & Fury shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.
7.3 Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders above Rs. 1,999. Orders below this value will attract a shipping charge, which will be displayed at checkout before payment.
7.4 Delivery Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address at the time of ordering. Fit & Fury shall not be responsible for non-delivery or misdelivery arising from an incorrect address provided by the customer. Re-delivery charges may apply in such cases.
8. Discount Codes & Promotional Offers
Fit & Fury may offer seasonal discount codes and promotional offers from time to time. The following conditions apply to all promotions:
- Discount codes are valid only for the promotional period specified and cannot be used after expiry.
- Each discount code may only be used once per customer unless otherwise stated.
- Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers or applied to already-discounted products unless explicitly stated.
- Fit & Fury reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
- Misuse or fraudulent use of discount codes will result in order cancellation and potential account suspension.

All content on our websites, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product images, icons, audio clips, and software, is the property of Fit & Fury or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws.
